Ak1971 (referred to as "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service based in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between you and ak1971. By registering, using the platform, or accessing any of our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

• Each person may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are created, all associated accounts and balances will be forfeited.

After registration, ak1971 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in temporary or permanent account closure.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

• Account details can be updated at any time, however changes to your name or date of birth require approval from our support team.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months) may be temporarily deactivated.
• Account balances cannot be transferred to another person.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is not permitted.

Financial transactions at ak1971 are fully secure and transparent. We support all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh.

• Deposit: Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved methods. The minimum deposit is ৳200 BDT. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. The name on your account must match your payment account.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Transaction Limits: Daily deposit and withdrawal limits may apply, set in place for your security.

Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction will be reversed and the account will be subject to investigation.

Ak1971 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. For example, a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a set expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within that time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Game Limits: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games. Using a bonus on games not listed in the bonus terms may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of all bonuses.
• Referral Bonus: The referral bonus applies only after a new player registers and makes their first deposit.

All games on ak1971 are sourced from licensed providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently audited and fair.

• Each game has its own rules, available within the game window. Please familiarise yourself with them before playing.
• Any active bets are saved if your internet connection drops. Results will be available once you reconnect.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all wagered funds will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Game results will not be altered except in the case of a technical error.
• Odds in Sports Betting are subject to change. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.

Ak1971 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue any game or service. Any active bets will be settled before the service is closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak1971 platform. Immediate action will be taken if any of these are detected:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or provision of false information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation software to operate games.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in games or the payment system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively toward other players.
• Attempting fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.

Ak1971 believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a source of addiction or financial hardship. To support this, we have put several protective measures in place:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude for a set period — from 1 week up to a permanent closure.
• Cooling-Off Period: Set a cooling-off period of 24 hours to 30 days if you need a temporary break.
• Reality Check: Set session reminders at regular intervals.

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Any valid balance will be returned before an account is closed. However, in cases of fraud, all balances will be forfeited.

Ak1971 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email and a notification will be displayed on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you will have the option to close your account.
